Frequently Asked Questions
Does this send the message for me?
No. It writes the message and opens your own email app or WhatsApp with it ready — you choose who it goes to and you press send. Nothing is sent by us, and no address or number is collected here.
Why does one Turkish letter make my text cost more?
Text messages are encoded in a fixed alphabet that holds 160 characters per message. It contains ö and ü but not ş, ğ, ı, İ or ç — one of those and the whole message switches to Unicode, where a message holds 70 characters. So the same sentence can cost one text or three depending on which letters are in it.
Can I use my Google review link?
Yes. Any web link works — a Google review link, a Kudo page, a form on your own site. Nothing here routes through us, so the link keeps working whatever you do next.
Is it legal to ask customers for a review?
Asking is fine and normal. What is not is asking only the customers you expect to be happy, or making a reward depend on the rating — that is review gating, and the FTC rule on reviews prohibits it. Ask everybody the same way.
Is anything I type here stored?
No. The message is built in your browser and there is no server behind it. Like every page on this site we count the visit itself; we never see what you typed into it.
