How good is your review profile, really?

Search your business and get a score out of 100 on the three things a customer actually reads: how many reviews there are, how recent they are, and what they average.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where does the data come from?

Google's Places API: your average, your total review count and the timestamps of your most recent reviews. Nothing is stored and no account is needed.

Why is a 5.0 not a perfect score?

Because shoppers distrust an unbroken wall of five stars, especially from a small number of reviews. A 4.6 from 120 people is stronger evidence than a 5.0 from six, and the score reflects that.

Why is recency weighted so heavily?

A profile whose newest review is a year old reads as a business in decline, whatever the average says. It is also the band that moves fastest once you start asking again.

Does this check my replies?

No. Google does not expose owner responses through its API, so the score leaves them out rather than guessing at them.

Is the score official?

No. It is our own scoring of public data, not anything Google publishes. Treat it as a checklist, not a verdict.
