Running more than one location

One Kudo account can hold as many locations as you have. Each is a full page of its own: its own web address, its own reviews, its own photos, its own phone number and opening details, and its own settings.

Nothing is shared between them. A review left at your Kadıköy branch belongs to Kadıköy, and the rating shown there is an average of that branch's reviews and nobody else's.

Adding one

From the store switcher at the top of the dashboard sidebar, choose Add a location and go through the same short setup as the first page: business name, web address, category, logo. Take a minute over the address — that one cannot be changed afterwards, because printed codes and other people's links depend on it.

Naming is the part worth thinking about. Two branches called the same thing are impossible for you to tell apart in the switcher and impossible for a customer to tell apart in search. Put the district or the street in the name, the way you would say it out loud on the phone.

Switching between them

Once a second location exists, a switcher appears at the top of the sidebar. Pick a location and every screen — reviews, editor, settings, insights — moves to it.

The switcher does not appear at all if you only have one location. That is deliberate: a single-shop owner should not be asked to make a choice that has one option.

Switching reloads the dashboard rather than sliding across, which is also deliberate. A dozen screens hold the previous location's data, and a half-switched dashboard showing one branch's reviews under another branch's name is the kind of mistake that ends with a reply posted on the wrong page.

Should two branches be two pages?

Two pages when the customer chooses between them. Two salons in different districts, two clinics, two restaurants under one name — a customer picks one, goes there, and reviews that one. Splitting them keeps each rating honest and lets each page carry its own address and hours.

One page when the customer does not. A single business with a workshop and a showroom, or a service that visits people at home across a whole city, is one thing to the person buying it. Splitting it just halves the reviews on each half.

The test is whether a customer would say which one they went to. If they would not, it is one page.

What does not work this way

Locations do not roll up. There is no combined page showing every branch's reviews together, and no group average. Each page stands on its own.

A review cannot be moved between locations. If a review lands on the wrong branch, hide it there and ask the customer to leave it on the right one — nothing rewrites which page a review belongs to.

Your plan covers the account, not one page. Adding a location costs nothing on the Free plan, and upgrading to Pro or AI Pro applies to the whole account rather than to one branch — so it does not have to be bought again per location.

Frequently asked questions

How many locations can one account have?
There is no limit built into the product. Each one is a separate page with its own address and its own reviews.

Do I pay per location?
No. Adding a location is free on every plan, and a Pro or AI Pro subscription applies to your whole account, so every location on it gets the same features.

Can I move a review from one branch to another?
No. Reviews belong to the page they were left on, and nothing rewrites that — hide it and ask again on the right page if it landed in the wrong place.

Do my branches share an average rating?
No, and they should not: each page shows the average of its own reviews, because that is the branch the customer is deciding about.

Why can I not see the store switcher?
It only appears once you have a second location. With one page there is nothing to switch between, so the control stays out of the way.
