Your guest cannot drop by to size you up first. They pay in advance for a morning in a place they may never visit again, and if the tour is bad there is no second try. Private and group trips start as a request, not a checkout
A family of seven who want a private food tour on the 14th, or a company that wants a day trip for twenty, will not fit your public schedule. The order request form takes the date, how many people and what they have in mind, with up to three photos of a place they saw online. It is a request, not a booking: you reply with a price and they pay however you already take payment. The free plan takes 20 requests a month.
Ask on the last evening, or in the follow-up with the group photo
At the last stop of a food tour, or on the final evening of a trip, guests are full, happy and still with you: that is the moment to show your review QR code. For the ones who rush off to catch a train, send the link the next day with the group photo. Ask every guest the same way, not only the ones who tipped.

Most of my reviews are on Tripadvisor. Can I show them?
Google reviews are imported on the free plan and keep syncing by themselves. Pro brings in reviews from more sources, Tripadvisor among them. You can also collect new reviews directly with your Kudo review link and QR code.
Can guests book and pay on Kudo?
No. Kudo never takes payment. Each tour card's Book button opens the booking system or listing you already use, and the money goes straight to you.
Is it free?
Yes to start: the page, unlimited links, tour cards, the group request form, Google review import and 5 published reviews cost nothing. Pro adds page themes, shows which links get tapped, brings in more review sources and removes the Kudo badge.
