Mobile bar pricing is confusing from the outside, because two businesses can mean different things by the same word. One package includes the alcohol; another is staff, setup and mixers, with the host buying the bottles. Write it on the card, "Beer and wine bar, 4 hours, 2 bartenders, host supplies alcohol, from $450", and the question a host would otherwise send you is answered before they ask it.

Staffing, ice and how much to buy all follow from the guest count, and whether you can do it at all follows from the date. The order request form asks for both, gives them room to describe the event, and takes up to three photos: a bar they saw at a friend's wedding, or the space you would be setting up in. You reply with a quote rather than a round of questions. It is a request, not a paid booking, and nothing is confirmed until you say so.
Hosts read reviews for how the night was handled
Nobody hires a mobile bar on the strength of one good margarita. A host wants to know that you arrived early and were set up before the first guest, that the line never got long, and that the guest who had had enough was handled politely. Reviews from other hosts answer that. Send your review link the morning after, or leave a card with your review QR code on the bar as you pack down, and ask every host the same way.

Do I need a license or insurance to run a mobile bar?
That depends on your state, your city and sometimes the venue, so check the local rules before you take events. Kudo does not decide that part. If you do carry liability insurance or hold a permit, a link to it on your page answers a question a venue may ask before they let you set up.
Can hosts book and pay through Kudo?
No. Kudo never takes payment. Inquiries come in through the order request form, you reply with a quote, and the deposit goes through whatever you already use, straight to you.
Is it free?
