Before a stranger books an hour on your table, they read what your clients said

Booking a massage with someone new means undressing in a room with a stranger and trusting them with a stiff neck, an old injury or a pregnancy. Clients do their homework first. Kudo makes your bio link the page that answers it: your sessions and modalities as cards with the length and price and a Book button that opens your own booking system, a link to your intake form and policies, and your Google reviews underneath.

Trust is the whole decision

A photo of a treatment room shows candles and clean towels. It cannot show what a first-time client actually worries about: whether you listen when they say the pressure is too much, whether you drape properly, whether you are careful with a shoulder that has never healed right. Other clients can, and they often mention exactly the thing a new client is nervous about. That is why Kudo puts the reviews on the same page as the Book button, not on a profile somewhere else.

Put the policies where people look before they book

Your cancellation window, what happens if someone is fifteen minutes late, what to wear, where to park, whether you take couples or mobile bookings: all of it belongs one tap from the Book button. A policy a client read before booking is much easier to hold to than one they hear about at the door, and the intake form filled in the night before saves ten minutes of the session.

Ask the next day, not on the way out

Right after a session, clients are relaxed, a bit dazed and looking for their keys. After deep tissue work a muscle can feel sore before it feels better. By the next day they know how they feel, and that is when a review is honest and easy to write. Put your review link in your follow-up or aftercare message, keep a QR code at the desk for anyone who wants to write one straight away, and ask every client the same way.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does Kudo take bookings or payments?

No. Keep the booking system you use now, whether that is Square Appointments, Vagaro, MassageBook or something else. Every Book button on your Kudo page opens it, deposits and payments stay there, and Kudo never takes payment.

I rent a room or do mobile massage. Can I still show Google reviews?

Yes, if you have your own Google Business Profile: search for it in Kudo and its reviews are imported and kept in sync. Google lets mobile therapists set one up as a service-area business with the home address hidden. If you do not have one, collect reviews with your own Kudo review link and QR code.

Is it free?

Yes to start: the page, unlimited links, session cards, the review link and QR code, Google review import and 5 published reviews cost nothing. Pro adds page themes, shows which links get tapped and removes the Kudo badge.
