The date, the headcount and the look, before the first DM

Every makeup inquiry comes down to three facts — when, how many faces, and what look — and it usually takes a day of messages to get them. Kudo turns your bio link into one page: a request form that asks for the date, the party size and up to three reference looks; bridal, trial and event makeup as cards with starting prices; and your Google reviews underneath.

Your calendar is what you sell

A Saturday in June can only be sold once. A request form that asks for the date first lets you check it before anything else, and the party size and reference looks mean your reply can be a quote instead of another question. It is a request, not a booking: nothing is paid or confirmed until you answer and send your own deposit link. The free plan takes 20 requests a month.

A bride is choosing who she will see at 6am

She is picking someone to be in the room on the most photographed morning of her life. Your grid shows finished faces under a ring light. Reviews tell her the rest: whether you arrived on time, kept the schedule with six bridesmaids waiting, and whether the makeup lasted through the tears and the dancing. Kudo puts them under the form she is about to fill in.

Ask the day after, and ask everyone you did

The day after the event, the first photos are coming in and everyone is looking at their own face in them. That is when to send your review link — to the bride, and to each bridesmaid and mother you did, because each of them can speak for their own makeup. One booking for five people can be five reviews from five different voices.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can the form show which dates I have free?

No. Kudo does not show a calendar. The form collects the date the client wants, and you check it and reply. If you use a booking app with live availability, add it as a link beside the form.

Should the trial have its own card?

Yes. A trial is often the first thing a bride pays for, so give it its own card with its own price and a button to book it, separate from the wedding-day request.

Is it free?

Yes to start: the page, unlimited links, service cards, the request form, the review link and QR code, Google review import and 5 published reviews cost nothing. Pro adds page themes, photo reviews, shows which link gets tapped and removes the Kudo badge.
