From the market stall to your shop, one link that brings customers back

Makers who sell candles, jewelry, pottery or crochet sell in two places: a stall on Saturday and Instagram the rest of the week. The customer who picked up a mug and walked on has no way to find you again, and the one who found you online has never held your work. Kudo turns your bio link into one page: product cards whose Buy button opens your Etsy, Shopify, Square or payment link, a custom order form with reference photos, and reviews from the people who bought at your stall.

The online buyer has never held your work

At the stall people smell the candle, turn the bowl over, try the ring on. Online they get a photo. What closes that gap is somebody who did hold it: the candle that burned evenly to the bottom, the ring still bright after a year of wearing it every day. Reviews like that, from people who bought in person, are what a follower needs to read before tapping Buy.

Custom orders deserve better than a DM thread

A name necklace, a dinner set in a glaze you do not stock, eighty candles for wedding favors: custom work starts with somebody describing what they want, and in the DMs the details end up spread across twelve messages. The order request form takes what they want, the date they need it by, the quantity and up to three reference photos. It is a request, not a payment: you reply with a price and a timeline. The free plan takes 20 a month.

Ask once they have used it, not at the till

A market customer cannot review a candle they have not lit yet. Put your review QR code on the gift tag, the bag or a small card in the parcel, so it is in their hands a week later when they know what they think. Ask every buyer the same way. The same code brings them back to your page when the candle runs out, which a business card left on the stall never did.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does Kudo replace my Etsy or Shopify shop?

No. Keep selling where you sell. Each product card's Buy button opens your listing there, and Kudo never takes payment. Kudo is the page around those links: your products, your custom order form and your reviews, in the place your followers already tap.

I only sell at markets and online. Where do the reviews come from?

From your Kudo review link and QR code, which any customer can use, and from reviews customers have already sent you, which you can add. If you have a Google Business Profile, Kudo imports those reviews too and keeps them in sync.

Is it free?

Yes to start: the page, unlimited links, product cards, custom order requests, the review link and QR code, and 5 published reviews cost nothing. Pro adds photo reviews and page themes, shows which links get tapped and removes the Kudo badge.
