Skin clients read reviews looking for someone like them

A client with reactive skin, breakouts or a first-time Brazilian reads your reviews for one thing: did someone like me have a good time here? "My skin didn't flare up", "she never pushed products on me", "I was nervous and she talked me through it." Your photos cannot say any of that. The instructions after a brow lamination or a chemical peel usually go out as a screenshot and get lost in a camera roll. Ask when the result shows, not at the front desk

Brows and waxing show their result at the mirror, so ask there, with your review QR code. A facial is different: the glow often shows a day or two later, once any redness has settled. Send your review link in a check-in message two or three days after — it reads as care, and the review is about the result rather than the hour on the bed.

Frequently Asked Questions

Some of my services need a consultation first. How do I list them?

The price on a card is text, so it can say "from $85" or "consultation first", and its button can open your consultation form instead of your booking page.

I rent a room or a suite. Can I still show Google reviews?

If you have your own Google Business Profile, search for it in Kudo and your reviews come in and keep syncing. If you do not have one yet, collect reviews through your own Kudo review link and show those instead.

Is it free?

Yes to start: the page, unlimited links, service cards, the review link and QR code, Google review import and 5 published reviews cost nothing. Pro adds page themes, photo reviews, shows which link gets tapped and removes the Kudo badge.
