UPDATE (3JUN26) what a wonderful afternoon spent with Ray Diyanni as he toured our home at our one year anniversary. We had not met Ray previously as his expert team carefully addressed every stage in the build process. So we were pleasantly surprised he wanted to make a personal visit. Ray spent the afternoon hearing our stories the ups and downs and really took to heart the customizations we made before start and adjustment made in flight. A delightful man and his leadership, caring attitude and attention to detail shows across his organization. Thank you Team Diyanni. Strongly recommend Diyanni for your custom home.

We had started with another builder and switched to Diyanni. We have had a much better experience and are getting a better quality house with more upgrades for the same price. Excited for our new home!! *5yrs later - We recently had a warranty claim and they went above and beyond. Their team is fantastic and definitely stand behind their work. I'm still so glad we built with them! Solid house and great continued customer service!

We built our home with Diyanni Homes in 2019 and couldn’t be happier. We absolutely love our home. The quality of the craftsmanship is excellent, and it still shows years later. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. Their team helped us find the perfect floor plan for our family’s needs, and the design team guided us through every selection to ensure our choices were timeless and functional. Diyanni made what could have been an overwhelming process feel easy and enjoyable. We would highly recommend them to anyone considering building a home.

We have had a great start to our first custom home building process with Diyanni. Carolyn and Jim have been very thorough and patient while exploring our options and finalizing our plans. I hope to increase my rating after we have the opportunity to observe the building process and see the finished project.

We worked with Mackenzie for our 2 color appointments. She was great to work with. She understood our vision and guided us to some new suggestions that we had not thought of. She has a keen eye for color and style.
