No. Kudo never takes payment. A card can carry a Buy or Book button that opens your own checkout or booking page, and the order request form collects the details without charging anyone. If you need payment on the page itself, Taplink does that.

Is it free?

Yes to start: the page, unlimited links, product and service cards, a QR code, the review link, Google review import that keeps syncing, an order request form and 5 published reviews cost nothing, with a "Powered by Kudo" badge. Pro adds page themes, shows which links get tapped and removes the badge.

Can customers message me on WhatsApp from the page?

Yes. Add your number and the WhatsApp button opens a chat with a message you wrote in advance, so the customer only has to press send. There is an Instagram DM link as well, and your phone and directions have their own places on the page.
