Stan sells what happens online. Kudo is for what happens in your shop.

If your product is a course, a template or a paid call, Stan takes the payment right on the page. If it is a haircut, a cake or a repair, the customer needs something else from your bio link: what you offer, what it costs, how to reach you, and proof that other people were happy.

What Stan Store is good at

Selling what you know, from Instagram, in one tap. Stan turns a bio link into a storefront for digital products, courses, memberships and paid coaching calls with the calendar booking built in, and its mobile checkout takes Apple Pay and Google Pay so a follower can buy in seconds. For a coach or creator whose product is a download or a session, that checkout is the whole point, and Kudo does not have one.

Where it leaves you stuck

Reviews on Stan are ones you type in by hand after asking each customer; its own help centre says customers cannot write one through the store. A local business whose reviews already live on Google would be copying them over one at a time, and again every time a new one arrives.

Where Stan Store is still ahead

Stan takes the money. Courses, digital downloads, memberships and coaching calls with booking, payment and calendar sync in one flow, plus lead magnets, email to the contacts you collect and automated replies to Instagram DMs. Kudo does none of that: it never takes payment and it does not sell digital products. If you sell digital products or paid calls, Stan is the better choice.

When the sale happens in person

A barber, a home baker or a dog groomer is not selling a file. The customer taps your bio link to answer "how much?" and "are they any good?" before they message you. Kudo answers the first with a card per service and its price, and the second with your Google reviews on the same page. Booking stays wherever it is now: the Book button opens your own booking link, and the WhatsApp button opens a chat with the first message already written.

Reviews that arrive without you typing them

Import the Google reviews you already have and Kudo keeps pulling in new ones. For reviews collected on Kudo itself, send your review link after the appointment or put the QR code at the counter; the customer writes it themselves. Everyone is asked, happy or not, so nothing on the page was picked by you.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can Kudo take payment for a session or a product?

No. Kudo never takes payment. A service or product card has a Book or Buy button that opens your own booking page or checkout, and the payment happens there. If you need the checkout on the page itself, Stan does that.

Is it free?

Yes to start: the page, unlimited links, product and service cards, a QR code, the review link, Google review import that keeps syncing, an order request form and 5 published reviews cost nothing, with a "Powered by Kudo" badge. Pro adds page themes, shows which links get tapped and removes the badge.

I sell a course and run a studio. Can I use both?

Yes. Keep Stan for the course and add your Stan link to your Kudo page as one of your links. Kudo then carries the studio side: your classes with prices, your booking link and your reviews.
